CCK!!
So I got back from a very powerful weekend at Center for Courageous Kids. It was the most wonderful experience of my life. It was Spina-Bifida family weekend and I just had the greatest, most uplifting weekend of my entire life. The kids were just amazing and were so thankful and happy to be able to have the chance to have the weekend that they experienced. We did everything and anything, from the BG 500, bowling, swimming, horseback riding, karaoke, and dancing! I loved all the smiles, hugs, and high-fives i received from these most wonderful kids this weekend!! I cannot wait to get back there and experience the amazing times again at the greatest place EVER...CCK!!

Well this past week was extremely busy and i was unable to do much of any service hours, but i was able to connect with Dana at Camp Casey and figure out what i need to do starting this coming week. So me and Gibby need to get together and plan out what we are going to be doing for this coming week because Camp Casey is starting this coming week!

Projects
Well I unfortunately have not been able to start up part of my project because camp casey is not opened up yet. In the mean time, to get a few hours here and there, i have been visiting the Green River Animal Shelter, which has been an absolutley amazing time. I have been able to play with the cats and the dogs, give the puppies some baths, and just correspond with the animals and kinda reassure them that everything will be alright. I could only imagine how nervous and afraid they are to be there, even though the staff there is absolutely amazing as well. I am just ready to start up our program with me and josh gibson, to help, teach, and play with the kids at camp casey!! On a side note i hope to be able to go to Camp for Courageous Kids on the weekends and spend some time up there and enjoy spending time with those absolutely amazing kids!! Until then I can only enjoy the time that i do have to spend, helping out!
